what should I do if i can’t find the guaranteed amount of gold?

Occasionally, customers may encounter situations where the recovered gold falls short of the expected quantity, despite our meticulous procedures. To address this, we now provide comprehensive guidelines for customers who encounter this:
Firstly, we encourage you to refer to our 'Gold Panning Tutorial' video, which offers valuable insights into proper panning techniques. Improper technique is a common challenge and often the primary reason for not uncovering all the gold.
If you have followed proper panning techniques and continue to experience discrepancies, the issue may lie with the accuracy of your scale. Incorrect calibration or the use of a substandard scale can lead to inaccuracies in measurement. It's imperative that your scale is set to grams and can be properly calibrated to ensure precision to 0.01g.
Should you remain convinced that your bag does not contain the guaranteed amount of gold, we kindly request the following steps to facilitate our investigation:
Provide a clear image of the recovered gold on your scale, set to grams.
Submit a photo of your scale when empty, accurately tared to zero.
If you found “no gold”, disregard the first two steps, and email a brief video demonstrating your panning technique. This step is crucial for our assessment and we will be unable to proceed without it. Phone cameras suffice for recording and you may upload the video to YouTube or Dropbox for sharing a link.
Upon receiving this information, we will investigate your claim. Please note that each bag of Klesh Gold Paydirt is meticulously weighed, recorded, and sealed with a unique serial number. While we maintain detailed records of gold content, this information is disclosed only upon fulfillment of the outlined requirements and our determination of necessity in revealing specific gold amounts.

how is this paydirt made?
All material is real unprocessed GOLD placer mining concentrates from clear creek, cache creek and other gold bearing locations in colorado. The material does have black sand and other materials either added or removed, depending on the difficulty level you choose. For instance, the black sands are removed for “beginner” and black sand is added for “expert”. Gold sizes are also taken into consideration when making bags. “Beginner” bags have only large easy to find gold, while “Expert” has a mix of everything including super fine flour gold which is difficult to recover, especially because of the added black sands. There are two exceptions to the rule; Discovery and Impossible bags. Impossible bags are made with washington beach black sand from cape disappointment, but also contains colorado placer concentrates. Discovery bags do have colorado placer concentrates, but the gems and minerals are sourced from not only Colorado, but also from around the world.

of course it’s seeded. That’s how i’m able to guarantee you’re always getting Over a guaranteed minimum amount of gold. every bag has a specific recipe of material and amount/sizes of gold depending on what product and difficulty level you choose.
is A Minimum amount of gold guaranteed?
Yes. all bags labeled with a guaranteed minimum amount of gold contain more gold than the amount labeled.
The “Raw” paydirt bags are unsearched and do not have a guaranteed minimum amount of gold.
is paydirt a good investment?
A common misconception is that gold paydirt is a good investment, and this isn’t always true. buy yourself some gold bullion (as close to spot price as possible) or some gold coins with numismatic value if you’re looking to invest in gold. paydirt is for fun and practice, and yes you’ll get a good amount of gold here, but it’s always going to Be more cost effective (but way less fun) purchasing coined/barred gold.
Will i lose money buying this product?
Usually you won’t get more gold than what you paid for, but some bonus bags contain many grams of gold.
you are always guaranteed MORE THAN the specified amount of gold in your klesh gold paydirt, so you can calculate your Return before you buy, and remember you’ll always end up over that amount.
Also don’t forget that Historically, GOld always increases in value, so it’s not inconceivable that your gold will be worth many times the value you paid for it in time!
can you ship internationally?
There’s a good chance you can find Klesh Gold Paydirt on Amazon or from a third party vendor in your country. For years I did ship internationally but the shipping costs, taxes and customs destroying packages made a few less than desirable bad customer experiences, and that’s not how I like to run things here.
