⚠️ Important Notes

  • These are raw, undeveloped claims. No facilities on-site.

  • Pack in / pack out.

  • Only hand tools and non-motorized sluices are allowed.

  • Each person prospecting must fill out a waiver, and book days individually.

  • No campfires (per USFS fire regulations).

  • Leave No Trace. Fill holes, dismantle dams, and restore disturbed areas.

  • Prospecting is at your own risk.

  • You must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

  • Permission is valid only for your selected dates.

Each claim is legally registered and actively held. This arrangement grants temporary, recreational use of the mineral rights during your licensed period. You’ll receive a downloadable or printable document confirming your access, and necessary for showing USFS or BLM officers when requested.
