There are only three steps:

-Your name

-Your paypal Address

-A clear picture of your gold on a scale set to grams.

2. I’ll respond with a quote.

3. Read the following information:


You must meet the following criteria:

-You must have a minimum of 10 grams of natural placer gold to sell.

-You must accept paypal. I will not send money orders, cash, checks, Bitcoin etc. Please understand that there will be a fee.

-The gold is clean of black sand and “non-gold” such as Pyrite, rocks, pebbles, sand etc. I will do a thorough cleaning once I receive it. If there’s a discrepancy, I’ll send another quote which you can accept or decline.

-Natural placer gold only. No Melted gold. No scrap jewelry. Please scroll down to see about scrap gold refining.

-I'm buying all sizes of gold, everything from Flour gold to large gold nuggets.

-Gold must be dry with no water or moisture. I will return wet gold / gold with water.


If you agree on my offer, ship the gold to the address I’ll provide with the quote. ship with tracking (for your own safety) if you prefer.

If there are no issues with weight or anything else, you'll have your payment ASAP.

Please include a typed note inside the package with your full name, email address and paypal information. a copy of our emails would be perfect. I get many packages with gold, so this is important to keep things speedy and organized.

I reserve the right to refuse anything sent to me, gold or not, for any reason.

Tips:

-A strong magnet will help remove magnetic black sand from your gold.

-Lightly blowing across your (dry) gold on a piece of paper (over a gold pan) can help remove non-magnetic debris. Not recommended with flour gold.

-Ship your gold in a small screw cap vial wrapped in bubble wrap for best results. NO pill bottles, they always leak gold.

Scrap Gold Purchasing & Refining

This service is for small-batch scrap gold refining (20–100 grams per shipment). Many large refineries will not accept small lots like this. I offer 90% of the 24k value, higher than most small-batch refiners while covering my micro-refinery costs and production for educational YouTube content.

How to Sell YOUR Scrap Gold

Step 1: Email Me

Email kleshkrums@gmail.com with:

For scrap gold (jewelry, etc.):

  • Your full name

  • Your PayPal email address

  • A clear photo of your scrap gold on a scale set to grams

For computer scrap (minimum 5 pounds):

  • Your full name

  • Your PayPal email address

  • Clear close-up photos of the prepared gold-plated material

  • At least one photo showing the entire lot on a digital scale with a minimum total weight of 5 pounds

Computer scrap must be fully prepared.
Accepted material is limited to gold-plated fingers, contacts, pins, and CPU pins that have been completely removed from plastic or ceramic. Circuit boards, chips, solder, plastic, fiberglass, or mixed electronic scrap are not accepted.

Once reviewed, I will reply with confirmation and provide the shipping address.

Step 2: Ship Your Scrap Gold

Full shipping instructions will be provided by email. In general:

  • Ship using a well-sealed USPS Flat Rate Box

  • Insurance is strongly recommended

  • Your return address must match the name used in our email conversation

Step 3: Refining & Payment

  • All scrap gold is fully refined to determine actual gold content

  • Payment is based only on recovered 24k (pure) gold

  • You will be paid 90% of the 24k gold value recovered

  • Gold price used is the spot price on the day your package is received

  • Payment may take up to 2 weeks

  • Payment is PayPal only (Goods & Services fees apply)

Once refining is complete, the recovered gold weight and payment amount are final and non-negotiable.
Because the material is chemically processed during refining, scrap gold cannot be returned once refining has begun.

Important Terms

  • Gold-only service: Silver, stones, solder, and non-gold materials are not paid for and not returned

  • 100g maximum per shipment: Shipments exceeding this may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense

  • Shipping responsibility: You are responsible for secure packaging, tracking, and insurance; I am not responsible for loss or damage during transit

  • Video documentation: All packages are opened on video. Your material may appear in YouTube refining content; no personal identifying information will be shared publicly

  • Right to refuse: I reserve the right to refuse any material, for any reason
